Welcome! Team national costomers
James M. Alga and Company, CPAs, PC offers team national customers a discount based on the following rules:
  1. You must present us with a valid team national member identification card name and number. Upon varification, you will receive your discount.
  2. Discounts listed here will be honored until December 31, 2007, at which time they may be changed. Until that date, the discounts presented here will not be reduced, but may be increased, based on our company's promotional offers.
  3. For new customers, James M. Alga and Company, CPAs, PC will offer a 5% discount on recurring service engagement contracts (see below for definition of recurring service engagement).
  4. Each year thereafter, James M. Alga and Company, CPAs (hereinafter referred to as the firm), PC will offer the 5% discount on recurring service engagement contracts, up to 5 years of continuous service, at which time the firm will offer another 5% discount or a total annual discount of 10% on recurring service engagements.
  5. Recurring service engagement contracts include the following:
    • Individual income tax return preparation
    • Corporate income tax return preparation
    • Trust income tax return preparation
    • LLC income tax return preparation
    • Partnership income tax return preparation
    • Business customer billing services
    • Business bookkeeping services
    • Business payroll preparation services
    • Business payroll tax return preparation
    • Eldercare payroll services
    • Eldercare payroll tax preparation
    • Annual financial statement audit
    • Annual financial statement review services
    • Annual business valuation service for purposes of executed owner agreements for buy/sell agreements among the owners
  6. Should there be an interruption in continuous years of service contracts, the discount rates and continuous years of service counting clock return to that of new service customers.
  7. Each year customers indentification numbers and names will be verified. Should your benefits package expire, you will be precluded from the benefits offering for that year and until you renew your benefits package with team national.
